The following are the terms and conditions established by R.J. Logistics Services LLP as on 20.08.2025:

• 01. GST Inclusion
  All quoted rates are inclusive of 18% GST unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
• 02. Chargeable Weight
  Chargeable weight will be calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher:
  1. Air/Rush Mode: (Length × Breadth × Height) / 5000
  2. Surface/LITE Mode: (Length × Breadth × Height) / 4000
• 03. Liability Limits
  1. Forward Shipments: Maximum liability is ₹3,000 or the invoice value, whichever is lower.
  2. Reverse Shipments: Maximum liability is ₹2,000 or 50% of the invoice value, whichever is lower.
• 04. Restricted Claims
  No claims shall be entertained for:
  1. Glassware or fragile items
  2. Concealed damage
  3. Shipments with improper packaging
• 05. Manual Labelling Penalty
  A penalty of ₹500 per shipment will be charged for manually labelled packages.
• 06. Billing Disputes
  All billing-related queries or disputes must be raised within 5 working days from the invoice date. Beyond this period, disputes will not be entertained.
• 07. Weight Declaration Disputes
  Disputes arising due to incorrect weight declarations by the client will not be considered for resolution or refund.
